1. Project Refunds
Project fees are billed against milestones. Refunds for cancelled projects are calculated pro-rata based on work completed and committed costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
2. Retainer Refunds
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current month. Retainers may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
3. Partnership Engagements
Equity-based partnership engagements are governed by the terms of the underlying partnership agreement.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@nemah.tech with the relevant invoice and engagement details.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days of approval, to the same payment method used for the original invoice.
