Why don't you publish per-hour rates?+
Because hours are a poor proxy for value. We charge for outcomes — a fixed scope quote for projects, a fixed monthly fee for retainers. You always know what you're paying before we start.
Can I switch from project to retainer mid-engagement?+
Yes — and most clients do. Once we ship the initial project, we transition to a retainer for continuous improvements, monitoring, and new feature development.
Do you offer any discounts?+
For partnership engagements (equity-based), yes. For projects and retainers, our pricing is firm — but we'll happily scope down to fit a budget rather than discount the work.
What payment terms do you offer?+
For projects: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. For retainers: monthly in advance. For partnerships: structured per the partnership agreement. We invoice via GST-compliant tax invoices.
Do you require a contract?+
Yes. Every engagement starts with a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a project-specific Statement of Work (SOW). Both are written in plain English, no legalese-traps.
